Today’s Schedule:
8AM- Olympic Lifting Class with Coach Greg

9AM- TEAM WOD

Teams of 3 with one person working at a time except for the tire flip.
For time:

25 tire flips
50 medball cleans
100 burpees
200 yard OH barbell walk (185/130)
400 double-unders

10AM- WEEKEND WARRIORS (FREE CLASS)

Pet rock “Angie”
100 jumping pullups
100 push-ups
100 sit-ups
100 squats

Teams of 3 with one person working at a time.  Pet rock cannot touch the ground for the entirety of the workout.

11AM- WOMEN’S ONLY CLASS

Baby “Mule”
25 Pullups
8 Double KB Goblet Squats
75ft Prowler Push
6 Double Kettlebell Goblet Squats
75ft Prowler Push
4 Double KB Goblet Squats
75ft Prowler Push
2 Double KB Goblet Squats
25 Pullups
