Lift:  EMOM for 12 minutes perform 2 tempo squats (tempo squats: 3 seconds down, 1 second pause, 3 second up) at 60%

WOD:
“Flithy Fifty”
50 box jumps, 24/20
50 jumping pull-ups
50 KB swings 1 pood/24 pound
50 Walking lunges
50 K2E
50 push press 45/33lbs
50 Back Ext
50 Wall Ball 20/14
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

L2- solo FF
L1-2 team filthy fifty
