Today there is no 11am women’s only class.

8:00am Olympic lifting class

9:00am WOD

7 rounds for time:

1 power snatch
3 overhead squat
12 ring dips

L3: 135/95
L2: 115/75
L1: 95/65

10:00am Weekend Warriors (free class)

3 rounds for time:

400m run
35 air squats
25 sit-ups
15 burpees to plate (55/25)

All movements can and will be scaled accordingly.
