Today’s Workout:

12 minutes to establish: 1RM squat clean and jerk

For time:
Partner A runs 200 M Sand Bag Carry while Partner B works on 30 Power Cleans + Jerks (L1: Choose weight, L2: 75/115, L3:95, 135, L4:135, 165) until A gets back. Switch and Partner A works on the remaining PC&J. Switch back and forth until 30 reps are finished.
Continue switching back and forth between sand bag run and working to complete:
30 Back Squats from floor (use PC&J bar).
200 double unders
60 Burpees

Call time at the completion of 60 burpees.
