Friday’s 9:30 Women’s Only Class

Today’s Schedule:
8am- Olympic lifting class with Coach Veronica

20 min AMRAP:

2 deadlifts
2 power cleans
2 lunges, front rack
2 push jerks

L5: 185/135
L4: 155/115
L3: 135/95
L2: 115/75
L1: 95/65

10:00am- Weekend Warriors (free class)

Partner wod for time:

200 squats
100 push-ups
50 pull-ups

One person working at a time. Non-working partner runs 150m. Upon completion of each 150m run, partners must switch immediately, keeping a continuous rotation.

All movements can and will be scaled accordingly.
