Today’s Workout:
Lift:
Wendler: Squat 3×70%, 3×80%, 3×90%
Conjugate: Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes: modified Shankle Complex (deadlift+3 power shrugs+hang squat clean+ front squat + 1 jerks) @ heavy

WOD:
5 Rounds for time:
15 Thrusters
Run 400 meters

L1: choose weight
L2: 65/95
L3: 95/135
