Today’s Workout:
Lift: Wendler: Press 3×70%, 3×80%, 3×90%
Conjugate: Every 30 seconds for 5 minutes: 3 HSPU
Then every 30 seconds for 5 minutes: 3 pullups

WOD:
30 muscle ups for time

L1: 90 Pull-ups and 90 Ring dips
L2: Muscle-ups with band
L3: unassisted muscle-ups
L4: strict muscle-ups
