mission bay park weekend warriors picture

 

SINCE THE GYM IS CLOSED THIS SATURDAY AND SUNDAY WE ARE GOING ON A FIELD TRIP TO MISSION BAY PARK ON SATURDAY.  BRING FRIENDS AND FAMILY EVEN IF THEY AREN’T MEMBERS. AFTERWARDS WE WILL HEAD TO BROKEN YOLK FOR BREAKFAST! MEET OUTSIDE  THE GYM AT 8:30AM OR AT THE PARK AT 9:00AM.

Today’s Workout: 
Lift: Wendler: Overhead Squat 3×70%, 3×80%, 3×90%
Conjugate: 12 minutes to establish 3RM deadlift

WOD:

Then 21-15-9
Sumo-deadlift high-pull
Overhead Squats
800 meter row

L1: 45/65
L2: 65/95
