yoga flyer

YOGA CLASS COMING TO CROSSFIT SOCAL STARTING FEBRUARY 3RD. SIGN-UP LIST IS LOCATED ABOVE THE WATER FOUNTAIN.

Today’s Workout:
Lift: (Choose one of the following to complete)
Wendler: Bench 5×75%, 3×85%, 1×95% (max effort reps if you can)
Conjugate: 2x max reps floor press @ body weight

WOD:
4 Rounds for time:
100 foot walking lunge
30 box jumps 20”/24”
20 ring dips
**scaling options will be available as needed**
