Front Squat- find 1 rep max in 12 minutes
Wendler/Conjugate: Deload week complete lift above

WOD:
3 rounds for time:
12 chest to bar pull-ups
12 pistols
12 knees to elbows

Level 2 – do 5 rounds
**Scale as needed**
