**PALEO CHALLENGE CHECK IN MEETING TONIGHT AT 6PM**

Lift:
Wendler: Front Squat (5×65%, 5×75%, 5×85%)
Conjugate:EMOM for 12 minutes 2 tempo back squats (3-3-0-0)*
Superset with 5 strict GHD situps (add weight if possible)
*3 second descent, 3 second pause (take 1 breath), as fast as possible to the top, then immediately down again

WOD:
For time:
25 Ring dips
25 Squat Clean
25 Ring Dips
Level 1: 75/55lbs dips with bands or modify
(RX) Level 2: 115/75lbs, ring dips
(RX +) Level 3: 50 reps on dips,115/75lbs
