Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest:
8rds- BURPEES (touch a target 6 inches overhead)
8rds- PULL-UPS
8rds- PUSH-UPS
8rds- ROW FOR CALORIES
**There is no rest between exercises.
Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.**
