Lift
Press: 5×75%, 3×85%, 1×95%

WOD
Set the clock for 15 mins
1 minute of as many reps of air SQUATS as possible
2 minutes of as many reps of Abmat SIT-UPS as possible
3 minutes of as many reps of PUSH-UPS as possible
4 minutes of as many reps of BACK EXTENSIONS as possible
5 minutes of as many reps of PULL-UPS as possible

L1- modifications to pullups/pushups
