Bench 5×75%, 3×85%, 1×95%
Alternate skill for those who want to skip the lift in prep for tomorrow’s Open WOD- practice muscle-ups- bar, kipping or strict.
 
WOD
15-13-11-9-7-5-3-1 reps for time of:
Kettlebell swing
Ring dip

L1-choose weight/assisted or jumping ring dips
(RX) L2- 1.5/1 pood
(RX +) L3- 2/1.5 pood
