COWLES MOUNTAIN HIKE THIS SATURDAY AT 9:00AM:
This Saturday & Sunday (March 8-9th) the gym will be closed for the Underground Strength Certification. Join us as we hike Cowles Mountain. Invite guest and get to know other members as we enjoy the beautiful view of San Diego! (Directions will be posted later this week)

Today’s workout:
Lift:
Hang Power Snatch 65% of 1RMx2x3 (two reps for 3 sets)
(Working light today and going for FORM)

WOD
For time:
200 double unders
3 rounds of:
25 pull-ups
7 strict handstand push-ups

L1- modified pull-ups and HSPU and/or single unders
(RX)L2- as RX’d
(RX +)L3- deficit strict HSPU on 45lb plates
