Today’s Workout:

Lift
Hang Squat Clean 3×50%, 3×60%, 3×70% (rest 2 minutes between efforts)

WOD
Set timer for 2 minutes repeats of:
Rowing and 2 minutes of “rest.”
During the first rest period, perform max reps  thruster 95/65
the second rest period, power snatch 95/65
the third rest period, squat cleans 95/65
Score is the sum of all reps performed and calories rowed.

L1- choose weight
(RX)L2- 95/65 lbs
