Lift
Push jerk 3×50%, 3×60%, 3×70% (Clean and Jerk 1rm if don’t know push jerk 1rm)

WOD
“Helen’s Burpee Party”
3 Rounds for time:
Run 400 meters
21 KB swings
12 Burpees

L1- choose weight
(RX)L2- 1.5 pood/1 pood
