Press 3×70%, 3×80%, 3×90%

WOD
3 rounds for time:
25 Kettlebell swings
Run 400 meters
7 Muscle-ups

L1-choose weight and assisted muscle-ups (jumping, banded,)
(RX) L2- 1.5 pood/1 pood kipping muscle-ups
(RX) L3- 2 pood/1.5 pood strict muscle-ups
