TODAY’s WORKOUT:

 

WOD
50-40-30-20-10 reps for time of:
Double-unders
Kettlebell swings

Share the Koolaide version/L1- choose weight
L2/L3- 1.5 pood/1 pood

Stretch/mobility
Calf stretch—1 min each side
Couch stretch- 1 minute each side
Shoulders- 1 minute each side with band
