TODAY’S WORKOUT:

2013 Regionals Team Event 6
Two person teams
For time:
100 Double unders, 50 each partner
50 HSPU while partner holds Handstand
50 Toes to Bar while partner hangs from the bar
50 Shoulders to Overhead while partner holds front rack
Then, both partners lunge 90 ft with the bars in Front rack

L1- modified movements/choose weight
L2-Rx’d movements and 95lbs/65lbs
L3- Rx’d 160lbs/100lbs

Share the Koolaide version:
Two person teams
100 single unders
50 push-ups while partner holds plank
50 jumping pull-ups while partner hangs from bar
50 dumbbell push-press while partner holds dumbbells in rack
Then both partners do 30 walking lunge steps.

Mobility/Stretch
Lay on back with feet against wall in a squat position- Push knees out with elbows
Splits on wall
Choose a Shoulder mobility exercise with bands
