20 wall ball
2 rope climb
10 wall ball
1 rope climb

L1/STK– choose weight/rope climb mods
(RX)L2- 20lbs/14lbs
(RX+)L3- 20lbs/14lbs and legless rope climbs (L-sit if you can).

Stretch/Mobility
Couch stretch
Hip distractions on a tall box
Shoulder stretch with band
