Oly Lift Technique
3 position Power Clean 1 rep = (1 High Hang PC, 1 Above the knee PC, 1 From the floor PC + 1 Push Jerk) for 3-3-3 (Keep it light!  Going for form.  Start with empty bar to 53lb max women, 65lbs max men)

WOD
AMRAP 12 minutes:
10 Burpees
25 Double unders

L1-single unders (2:1)
