strength club
Wondering what all the buzz is about the SoCal Strength club? Come check them out at their same morning times (5:00am and 8:30am) and now starting Monday, May 5th you can now join the BRUTE SQUAD in the EVENINGS at 5:30pm.

Oly Lift technique
Squat Snatch 3-3-3 (Keep it light!  Going for form and technique not max effort. Catch in a squat!)
