Wendler lift and Oly Lift Technique:
Back Squat 5×65%, 5×75%, 5×85% then,
Clean grip pulls 85%(1RM clean)x4, 90%x3, 95%x3 (http://www.catalystathletics.com/exercises/exercise.php?exerciseID=98)

WOD: HAPPY CINCO DE MAYO 
“The Cinco” 1
3 Rounds for time:
5 Deadlifts
5 Weighted Pistols left leg
5 weighted pistols right leg
Cash out: Handstand Walk to the rig

L1- choose weight, modify pistols/20 air squats, bear crawl to rig
(RX)L2- 275/185, 30lbs/20lbs DB
(RX +) L3- 315/205, 1.5pood/1pood
