Oly Lift Technique and Wendler:
Snatch 2 second pause above knee 3-3-3 (keep it light)
Press 5×65%, 5×75%, 5×85%

WOD
“The Cinco II”
3 Rounds for time:
5 Muscle-ups
5 HSPU
Cash out: overhead walking lunge

L1- Modified muscle-ups and handstand push-ups, 25/10 lb plate for walking lunge
L2- Bar muscle-ups and kipping handstand push-ups, 45/25lb plate for walking lunge
(RX)L3- Ring muscle-ups and strict handstand push-ups, 95lb/65lb loaded barbell for walking lunge
