8:00am- Olympic Lifting Class

At the top of each minute for 10 minutes perform:
3 front squats
2 thrusters
1 push press
then perform max pullups for the remainder of the minute
score= total pullups

L1- 95#/65#
L2- 135/95#

10:00AM WEEKEND WARRIORS (FREE CLASS)
8 minute AMRAP:
6 cone touches 40′ per touch
15 wall balls 20/14# (Choose your own weight)

rest 2 minutes

8 minute AMRAP:
6 cone touches 40′ per touch
15 ring rows
