Thank you for attending Share the Koolaid Week!  We are going to be hosting a CrossFit L1 Cert this weekend.  The gym will be closed on Saturday and Sunday, but meet us at the gym at 8:30 am to carpool/caravan to Cowles Mountain at 9:00 for a hike!

Don’t forget to come out to the Cal State Games to cheer on Team Drive Pop Punch! either Saturday or Sunday!

 

Lift:

Clean 5×65%, 5×75%, 5×85% + reps

 

WOD

21-18-15-12 and 9 reps for time of:

Power Snatch

Wall Ball

Knees-to-elbows

 

L1- choose mods (knee ups or toes to rings and weight)

L2- 85lbs/55lbs, 20lb/14lb ball

L3- 115/75lbs, 20lb/14lb ball
