Front Squat 5×75%, 3×85%, 1×95% + reps

 

WOD

20-18-16-14-12-10 reps for time of:

Pistols

Power cleans

L1- choose weight and pistol modification

L2- 125/85lbs, no assistance with pistols

L3- 155/125lbs, no assistance with pistols
