GYM CLOSURE THIS WEEKEND (SAT AND SUN) FOR THE L2 CERT!  WE WILL SEE YOU ALL MONDAY FOR OUR KICK OFF OF MEMBER APPRECIATION WEEK!!!  WHAT IS MEMBER APPRECIATION WEEK?  JUST OUR SMALL WAY OF SAYING THANK YOU FOR BEING SUCH AMAZING MEMBERS.  YOU ALL WORK EXTREMELY HARD AND SUPPORT ONE ANOTHER.  WE JUST WANT TO HONOR AND ACKNOWLEDGE YOU.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
MONDAY: COFFEE AND TEA!  ENJOY FREE COFFEE, TEA AND OTHER BEVERAGES AVAILABLE DURING CLASSES.
TUESDAY: FREE CHIRO EVALS AT NOON WITH JERRY MOYLAN AND FREE 5 MINUTE MASSAGES FROM STEPHANIE IN THE AFTERNOON .  AS A COURTESY, PLEASE SHOWER BEFORE SEEING THEM.
WEDNESDAY: 7:30PM FREE NUTRITION DISCUSSION WITH JENNIE CWIKLA.  LEARN THE SECRETS OF HOW CHAMPIONS EAT TO WIN.
THURSDAY: 12:45 FREE NUTRITION DISCUSSION WITH JENNIE CWIKLA.  LEARN THE SECRETS OF HOW CHAMPIONS EAT TO WIN.
FRIDAY: DINNER SOCIAL AFTER THE 5:30PM CLASS AT THE GYM.  WE WILL PROVIDE  FOOD AND BEER.  TRISHA URE WILL BE ON HAND GIVING 5 MIN CHAIR MASSAGES. AS A COURTESY, PLEASE SHOWER BEFORE SEEING HER.

L1- No time cap choose weight and pull-up modification. No bands

L2- 12 minute time cap, 95, 65lbs

L3- 12 minute time cap, 135, 95lbs
