Noon Boom is one of our most highly attended classes during the day.  These animals brave the mid-day heat during their lunch hour to WOD.  What’s your excuse?

L1- Single unders, Abmat sit-ups

L2- Rx’d (abmat sit-ups)

L3- GHD sit-ups
