0830ladies

The ladies of 0830.  Eight-thirty class is always full of amazing athletes!  What is also fun about it is that you never know if it will be all men or all women. One thing is for sure, most of our 0830 athletes stay until noon hitting both the SCSC and Elite Fitness classes.  0830 is in it to win it!

Shoulder Press

5×65%, 5×75% and 5+ reps at 85% of your 1 rep max

WOD

7 Rounds for time of:
10 Kettlebell swings
10 Goblet Squats

 

L1- Choose weight

L2 – 1.5 pood/1 pood

L3- 2 pood/1.5 pood
