It’s the 0630 class!  Or is it 0641?  Our early am’ers are killer athletes for this sleepy time of day!  This hour has always been a social bunch over the years.  Traditionally, they plan holiday and birthday breakfasts after their intense WODs!  If you are looking for some great competition and a supportive fun atmosphere, come check out this class!

Member appreciation week continues with another nutrition lecture from Jennie at 12:45 Come out for a WOD at noon and stay for this life changing information!

 

Lift:

5 sets of 1 rep pressing snatch balance
5 sets of 1 rep heaving snatch balance
5 sets of 1 rep snatch balance

Start with an empty 33 or 44 lb bar and go up in weight each set of 1.

Keep it light. This is skill training.

 

WOD

AMRAP 15 minutes:
20 Burpee box jump-overs
10 Jerks

 

L1- Choose weight and box height, burpee and step on and off box
L2- 20”/24” box, 95/65lbs, jump on and off box okay.
L3- 24”/30” box, 135/95lbs, jump on and off box okay.
