We have a fantastic week ahead of lifting, skill building work and met cons!  The weather is going to get warm again, so please hydrate well the night before a workout and throughout the day!

Don’t forget that we will be close on Saturday to compete and watch our competitors at the SoCal Fitness Classic!!

L1-choose weight, HSPU modifications (elevated push-ups)/med ball for burden run

L2- 95/65lbs/ 80/40lbs sand bag

L3- 135/95lbs/log
