This Friday, get ready for a spooky fun workout!  Come to any class in your best Halloween costume for a fun chipper that can either be done with a buddy or solo!  We will also be having an informal tailgate party after the 5:30pm WOD on Friday.  Bring your favorite “brew” or dish to share with the other Zombies!

L3- 155/105lbs
