Congrats to Lisa Pullig and Chris Chadwick!  Both placed 1st in their weight classes at the AAU Powerlifting Meet on Friday.

Lift:

Front Squat:

9 sets of 2, 1 set each minute 65% of 1 rep max

 

WOD

AMRAP 15 mins:

15 Wall ball

Burden Run 250

 

L1- choose weights

L2 – 20lb/14lb ball and Log/40lb sand bag

L3 – 25lb/16lb ball and Log/40lb sand bag
