5 at 65%, 5 at 75% and 5+ at 85% of 1 rep max

WOD:

Open WOD 13.5

AMRAP 4 MINS

15 Thrusters

15 Pull-ups

If you finish 3 rounds within the 4 minutes, you get another 4 minutes. If you finish 6 rounds within 8 minutes, you get another 4 minutes.

L1- choose weight and pull-up mods

L2- 75lb/55lb, chest to bar

L3- 100lbs/65lbs, chest to bar
