So, let’s just get real for a moment.  The 2015 CrossFit Games Open is starting in about 6 weeks. Are you where you want to be strength wise?  Will you be able to throw around the weight like it is PVC?  Think of how strong you can get in the next 2 months!  Sign up for a month or two of our SoCal Strength Club.  You will see results and dominate the Open!



Work up to a heavy set of 5 power snatches. Touch and go at the bottom only.

24 Kettlebell Snatch

10 burpees


L1- choose weight

L2- 1.5/1 pood

L3- 2/1.5 pood
