Congratulations to Trisha for maxing out on her box jump height at 30″!

Lift:

Overhead Squat

5 at 65%, 5 at 75% and 5+ at 85% of 1 rep max

 

WOD:

3 rounds for time of:

50 squats

50 box jumps

25 dumbbell clean and jerks

 

L1-choose weight, box height, box step-ups

L2- 45lb/25lb, 24 inch/20 inch box
