Rest 2 mins
Push Press
Rest 2 mins
Box Jumps
Rest 2 mins
Rope Climb
L1- choose weight, box height and rope climb mods
L2 – 95/65 SDLHP, 75/55 PP, 24/20” box
L3- 115/80 SDLHP, 95/65 PP, 30/24” box
