Join us this Friday at 5:30 pm for our second annual Friday Night Throwdown!  Whether you compete, cheer or judge these Throwdowns are so much fun!  Don’t miss it!  Registration will start at 4pm.  No need to pre-register.  Free and open to the PUBLIC!

Lift

Bench Press: 5×75%, 3×85%, 1×95%

 

WOD

Set the clock for 15 mins

1 minute of as many reps of Double unders as possible

2 minutes of as many reps of Push-ups as possible

3 minutes of as many reps of Box Jumps as possible

4 minutes of as many reps of Toes to bar as possible

5 minutes of as many Burpees as possible

 

L1- Modified movement, choose box jump height
L2- 24”/20” box

L3- 30”/24” box
