Kate getting after the 75 pound snatches during 15.1!  Come cheer on Kate and your fellow athletes or WOD with them this Friday night at 5:30pm!


Hang Squat Clean 3×50%, 3×60%, 3×70% (rest 2 minutes between efforts)



Set timer for 2 minutes repeats of: Rowing and 2 minutes of “rest.” During the first rest period, perform max reps of 95-lb. deadlift; the second rest period, 95-lb. push jerk; the third rest period, 95-lb. power cleans.

Add all reps to calories for each row and post sum to comments.


L1- choose weight

L2- 95/65 lbs

L3- 135/95lbs
