3 rounds for time:

25 Kettlebell swings

Run 400 meters

7 Handstand push-ups

 

L1-choose weight and assisted muscle-ups (jumping, banded,)

L2- 1.5 pood/1 pood kipping handstand pushups

L3- 2 pood/1.5 pood strict handstand push-ups
