We are starting a push-up challenge. By the end of this 5 week lead up to Memorial Day Murph, we will be doing 50 push-ups daily! This week we will do 10 consecutive perfect push-ups. Try doing them unbroken by the end of the week if you are struggling to do all 10 with perfect form.
Push up challenge: Week 1 – 10 push-ups with perfect plank form. This means: 1. No sagging hips or hips too high. 2. Chest to deck and locked out elbows at the top.
