Lift:

Press 3×70%, 3×80%, 3×90% (max out if possible)

 

WOD

 

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

250m Sand bag carry

25 Sand bag squats

 

 

L1- choose weight (medicine ball)

L2-80/40lb bag
