As part of your warm-up, do 15 push-ups.

Lift

Deadlift 3×70%, 3×80%, 3×90%

 

WOD

5 rounds for time of:

20 wall-ball shots

sumo deadlift high pulls, 20 reps

box jumps, 20 reps

push presses, 20 reps

Row 20 calories

Rest 1 minute

 

L1- choose weight for wall ball, PP, SDLHP and box height

L2- 24/20” box, 20lb/14lb ball, 75/55lb SDLHP and PP
