Oly Lift Technique

3 position Power Clean 1 rep = (1 High Hang PC, 1 Above the knee PC, 1 From the floor PC + 1 Push Jerk) for 3-3-3 (Keep it light! Going for form. Start with empty bar to 55lb max women, 65lbs max men)
