10 PVC Pipe pass throughs

10 Sotts press with PVC

10 PVC pipe snatch balance

5 HSPU to 3 abmats

5 HSPU to 2 abmats

5 HSPU to 1 abmat

5 HSPU to ground or deficit

10 pull-ups

10 ring dips

Burgener warm-up

Oly Lift Technique and Wendler:

Snatch 2 second pause above knee 3-3-3 (keep it light)

Press 5×65%, 5×75%, 5×85%

 

WOD

5 rounds for time of:

15 kettlebell swings

15 deficit push-ups, hands on 25-lb. plates

Run 400 meters

 

L1 Choose weight and HSPU method
L2 1.5 pood/1 pood
L3 2 pood/1.5 pood
