Memorial Day at CrossFit SoCal!  Please join us at 0800 for our annual Memorial Day Murph WOD.

In memory of all service members who gave the ultimate sacrifice.

WOD

Murph
For Time:

1 mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 squats
1 mile run

Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed.

L1- 800 meter run, 1/2 reps and modified push-ups and pull-ups

L2- RX

L3 – add 20 pound weight vest.
