Warm-up

Run 400 meters

10 air squats

10 PVC pipe pass throughs

10 front squats wih PVC

10 OHS with PVC

Burgener warm-up, clean version

Practice hip to bar pull-ups and attempt bar muscle up.

 

Oly Lift

 

Front Squat with 2 second pause at bottom- 2×65%, 2×75%, 2×85%

 

WOD

“Badger”

3 Rounds for time of:

30 squat cleans

30 pull-ups

Run 800 meters

 

L1-choose weight and modifications

L2-95/65 lb squat cleans
