10 jumping ring dips

10 ring dips

10 toes to bar

Practice handstand hold.

Push Jerk 3×55%, 2×65%, 1×75%, 1×80%

 

WOD

As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

10 ring dips

50 Double unders

L1- single unders, jumping ring dips
L2 and L3- RX
